About Us

Statika Consulting has positioned itself as a dedicated structural engineering specialist in the building and construction industry with a primary focus on the Greater Melbourne area, and also serving the state of Victoria. At Statika, no project is too big or small. We appreciate that every client has different needs that must be addressed with a personalised approach. You will be assured in this with our complete in-house preparation of your project documentation including: drafting, computations, certification and ongoing phone support.

Builder specific preferences are always welcome as we endeavour to tailor the structural design to your expectations. Alternatively, if no preferences are offered, then our aim is to provide the most practical and cost-effective solution. To assist in speeding up the process, we offer mobility and can come to you to discuss your project.

Our clients are typically builders, owner builders, architects, building designers and developers. Practicality is a key component in our design which encourages us to speak the builder’s language – to make construction clean, simple and fast – no ambiguity.

Your confidence in our services will be supported with our commitment to design in accordance to the latest Australian Standards and the Building Code. Furthermore, we are open to working closely with other stakeholders on your project to give you complete piece of mind during design stage. Statika Consulting provides a wide range of structural engineering services as can be seen by the icons below. From small and simple extensions to large medium/high density projects, we have systems in places to manage your project efficiently so that it is delivered on time and provides the expected solutions. Depending on the scope of the project, the path to providing full structural documentation for construction can be subdivided into several stages. Smaller projects may require one consultation in preparation of full documentation, larger projects may require several consultations with intermediate submission of a sketch/draft, preliminary design and tender documentation. This gives the opportunity for other stakeholders to partake in the design phase and provide any feedback in preparation for the final construction drawings. No matter the size of your project, together we will select the most adequate process from concept to completion.
